First of all, my passion for fitness started at a very young age. As a result, I played sports ever since I can remember. Now a professional rugby player, I first started my career at the age of eighteen. Since, I have had the opportunity to travel around the world. Some places include France, Argentina, Japan and my home, South-Africa. As a result, I have been coached by some of the best fitness, strength and conditioning coaches in the world. Through being an online personal trainer, I hope to share what I’ve learned to help others.

Currently I’m completing my degree in Human Movement Science, as well as completing various industry appropriate Health and Fitness courses. I love pushing the boundaries in everything I do, always trying to become an improved athlete. Now, every day is another opportunity to learn something new as a professional online personal trainer. My MOTTO : “Always outwork your competitors, be humble, be hungry and always be the hardest worker in the room.”
